Desktop Support Technician (Day Shift/Night Shift)
As a Desktop Support Technician, you will be part of a team of IT professionals who provides hardware and software support for our clients. You will visit clients to troubleshoot the nature of the problem and take the necessary course of action to resolve it.

Your specific duties in this role will include:
* Loading software, conducting audits for threats and unlicensed software.
* Data Recovery and Protection
* Lockout and Account Reset Services
